About Noelle

Why I’m Running

I’ve always believed that local government exists to serve its people, being the first place you turn when issues arise and ensuring community engagement in every decision.

Over my eight years on the Tucker City Council, I’ve embodied those values by meeting in your homes, listening to your concerns, and delivering your voice on the dais where it mattered most.

As Tucker enters its next chapter, it's essential that our next mayor leads with the same commitment to inclusive, responsive leadership.

I’m running for Mayor to ensure Tucker’s future is shaped by you through transparent government, active engagement, and policies that reflect our shared values.

Community Comes First

Tucker was established to prioritize its residents, serving as the first step in shaping our neighborhoods, developing our parks, and determining our future. Every voice matters, and your experiences should guide where we go next.

Service Leads the Way

Leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about presence, humility, and action. I believe in servant leadership that listens first, shows up when it counts, and keeps people at the heart of every decision. Being Mayor is about making sure your voice resonates in every corner of City Hall.

Together Is How We Thrive

Tucker’s greatest strength is its people. When we work together with respect and openness, we build a city that’s not just functional but connected, vibrant, and resilient.

Highlights of Noelle’s Record

Founding Councilmember. Community Advocate. Servant Leader.

Noelle Monferdini has been a dedicated leader in Tucker since day one. Elected to the Tucker City Council in 2016, she played a key role in launching the local government, establishing city services, and ensuring that community engagement, not outside interests, shaped the city’s direction. Over the past eight years of term-limited service, Noelle has built a reputation for listening first, showing up, and leading with heart. She’s worked hard to make local government accessible, transparent, and truly responsive to the people it serves. Her approach is rooted in servant leadership and the belief that public service is about showing up, building trust, and solving real problems with compassion and common sense. She helped launch Tucker’s local government from the ground up, assisting in the establishment of its first staffing, budget, and citywide policies.

Tucker's First Community Engagement Meeting

Listening First, Always

From day one, I’ve believed that local government should serve, not silence its people.

During my first year on the Tucker City Council, Matt Robbins and I hosted the first ever community engagement meeting, bringing neighbors together to share our progress and invite feedback on Tucker’s future. We did it because we believed the people who live here should always be part of the conversation.

Over the past eight years, I’ve continued to meet with residents in living rooms, community rooms, front yards, and neighborhood gatherings, not just during campaigns, but year after year. Whether answering questions, solving issues, or just listening, I’ve worked to ensure your voice has never been left out of the process. This commitment to servant leadership is at the heart of my service.

Because public service isn’t about politics. It’s about people.

Professional Background

Alongside my public service and commitment to community engagement, I’ve managed complex automation and infrastructure projects, overseeing more than $220 million from engineering through commissioning. I’ve worked with cutting-edge systems like PLC controls, warehouse-management software, and high-speed sortation lines. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, I know how to spot inefficiencies, plan smartly, and keep projects on schedule and on budget.

More than numbers, it’s the people that make a project succeed. I build teams where everyone’s ideas count, whether it’s an engineer on the shop floor or a vendor on the loading dock. Clear communication, regular check-ins, and a focus on shared goals keep us moving forward together, reflecting my belief in servant leadership.

Earlier in my career, I ran my own photography business. That grounded me in what it means to serve customers, manage tight margins, and stay connected to the community. Those lessons still guide me: listen first, learn constantly, and stay humble in the face of big challenges.

I’m driven by results and by the people behind them. In City Hall, I’ll bring that same practical, team-first approach to the Tucker City Council: managing growth responsibly, tackling problems as partners, and making sure every decision delivers real value and service to you.
